These natural variations make each handcrafted piece unique.

Minor variations consistent with the product description and disclosed characteristics are not considered defects.

However, products must conform to their descriptions and applicable quality requirements.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product information errors before accepting an order, subject to applicable law.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify the customer and provide an appropriate refund.

4. Made-to-Order and Custom Products

Standard made-to-order products are manufactured after an order is placed according to our published specifications.

Personalized products may involve customer-selected dimensions, engraving, carving designs, finishes, or other individual requirements.

For personalized orders, we will confirm the agreed specifications before production begins.

Changes requested after production begins may not be possible and may require additional charges, which will be disclosed and agreed upon in advance.

We do not guarantee acceptance of any particular payment method.

We offer free standard international shipping to eligible destinations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Estimated delivery times are generally 10–50 business days, depending on production requirements, shipping arrangements, and destination.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligible standard made-to-order products are covered by our 30-day return policy.

Personalized products made to individual customer specifications may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law.
